House of James is a dedicated organization that focuses on the youth of the world and dedicates their time and
energy into supporting orphaned children and getting them into the hands of loving families. This charity is very
special to us, because the main director is our very good friend Sean "40 Man" Johnson. Sean has been by our
side during our entire career. He has continued to support us in a variety of ways. He has been our sound
engineer or photographer at an assortment of shows, and our video engineer when we played with Flogging Molly.
We have known Sean for over a decade, and we are very proud of what he has done for his children. Sean
dedicates himself to his work, spending nine or ten months a year living in the Ukraine. The rest of the time,
Sean travels around the world spreading the word about his orphanage and his beliefs. His life is his work, and
his work is to better the world, and the children of the world.

There are so many needs in the world... where do we begin to help? How do we begin to help? These are
questions that some of us ask ourselves when we see so much suffering in the world. "House of James
Ministries" is one place to start. Many homeless children in the Ukraine are in need of your help. At the
"House of James" our mission is to provide shelter, food, clothes, education, a warm bed and a message of
hope and love through the gospel of God. "When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on
them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things." Mark 6:34
Our vision, as we grow, is to open up various satellite shelters located throughout Ukraine and even the world.
It is a vital part of our ministry to show orphans the same love and compassion that Christ gives. It is our
philosophy to provide physical needs hand in hand with spiritual needs. The two are inseparable. "What good is
it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother
or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and
well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is
not accompanied by action, is dead." James 2:14-17 We believe this was the method in which Christ
demonstrated compassion and reached the hurting, the hopeless and the lost. Showing them that there is a God
who cares and who desires to not only provide their needs, but so longs to have an intimate relationship with
them through His Son, JESUS.
